The Big Tasks

Evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job. Be the link between technicians, office, and customers to keep the schedule flowing smoothly. Assist in answering the phones, and scheduling.

Key Sub Tasks

• Dispatch, Debrief, and record service call details.
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress.
• Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
• Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Answering Phones, and booking calls.
• Data Entry of Invoices, etc.

You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience. By:

**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Plumber to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in residential plumbing systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our valued clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and other plumbing components.
- Diagnose plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential plumbing systems to identify potential problems and proactively resolve them.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and work in compliance with building codes and standards.
- Communicate with clients to provide estimates, explain services, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe and workable condition.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a residential plumber, with a track record of successful installations and repairs.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
- Proficient in using plumbing and general maintenance tools.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various working environments, including confined spaces and can lift 75 pounds
